I grant Allison Van Zanten Photography, its representatives, and assigns (the “Photographer”) the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video taken of me and/or the minor children for whom I am legal guardian (collectively, “the Subject”) during our photography session.

I understand these images may be used for, but not limited to, the Photographer’s website, social media, marketing materials, portfolio, print advertising, and other promotional purposes. I understand that the images may be cropped, edited, or otherwise altered at the Photographer’s discretion.

I release the Photographer from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the images, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or the printed or electronic use of the photographs. I acknowledge that no compensation will be paid now or in the future for the use of these images.

I represent that I am of full age and competent to sign this release, or that I am the legal parent/guardian of any minor Subject named below and have full authority to consent on their behalf.
